You need to get see if they have Windows 2000 Drivers
You may also need a softare package to generate the labels depending on how complicated you label is graphics and lots of barcodes etc.
I suppose you have the data in a Winodws 2000 program or you are planing on using something Like Micosoft Access or Excel.
These program can send simple commands to the printer.
Also you can Open to a Command prompt in Winodws 2000 and maybe do the same thing you are doing now in DOS.
