Does any one has experiance of interfacing Symposium Meridian Link Services with Gensys T-Server for CTI. I am having problem connecting these two applications. SCCS has Rls 4.2 while genesys has T-Server 6.5.2. Further more I also don;t have any NTP or document for MLSM (Meridian Link Services for Symposium). can any one provide me.

You should not be changing anything on the MLSM to make it work with Genesys. Genesys should be looking at the Symposium IP to get it's information. We are running SCCS 4.0 with Genesys 6.1 (waiting for a chance to upgrade to 6.5) and I don't think there are many changes to the configuration.

You have your symposium host set up and you need to make sure you are running the Tserver for Symposium and not Tserver for Meridian Link.

Let me know if you have questions. It's not that hard.

Well we have that!
We spent 9 months getting it to work. First of all we needed to upgrade Meridian to 25.30 FNF (we plan to upgrade to 25.40 next month).
Next we started the deployment but we had a bunch of problems. Trying to solve that, we upgraded SML from 4.0 to 4.2, installed patches in Meridian, SML, Tservers, IVRs and the OS's.
The main problem was the Periphonic's driver for Genesys, which had bugs in it, until we got a fix (on the last version).

Hope this helps

The problem is resolved. We really don't need to change any thing in MLSM. Thanks God it didn't take long.

I would like to share the solution with you guys, the port was defined wrongly in Genesys which is 3000 not 10041 as shown in the nbconfig.exe file.

I am thankful to all, specialy JANAYA, who share his/her experiance with me. Really it's not that hard.
