Hi
I have a firewall on redhat 7.2. It has 3 network cards all the same in it. However about once or more per-day the internal network crashes. From the firewall itself it looks fine no errors in the log you can ping the internal card fine but can't talk to the internal network
We have swopped the network cards around, swapped the motherboard over.
This uses a standard iptables firewall but the problem happens with or without this in place. We do however use proxy-arp on the machine to give the internal mail server an external ip address.
Does anyone have any ideas?
