Interface not supported

I get this error msg, 'Interface not Supported' when i run my application from the vb api.
The version of vb is 6.0

Usually when i used to get this msg i used to ungregistered the dll and registered the dll again. I was using with Paradox and now this its with Oracle i have to integrate with.

Please let me know as i am stuck at this problem since last 7 hours and have tried every possible thing.
