Interface not supported error while installing JDK1.4.1

I am a java developer .While upgrading our product(applet ) from 1.3.1 we have facing serious problems.While installing JDK1.4.1 in some machines (WIN2000),we are getting Interface not registered error.We have tried all the possiblities but none has worked out.If you solutions please mail back to me asap pramodhc@mitoken.com
