Interface not Registered

When people try to use Outlook to send an email under a remote desktop/thin client connection they get a error message saying Microsoft Word - Interface not Registered. the only way around this is to uncheck the box to Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages which means that background stationery cannot be used. I have tried reinstalling but without success. Any ideas?

gives the solution
some .dll is not registered correctly.
It worked for me in MS office 2003
