Office 2002 sp2 installed on Windows 2000 sp3 server running Terminal Services
When using Outlook 2002 sp2 and word configured as email editor on the server and via thin client we are getting 'interface not added' dialogue box when clicking send button and the message fails to send.
This did happen before XP sp2 and W2ksp3.
If we disable word as email editor all is well, except the user wants Word!!
Office has been removed, reinstalled and service packed.
We also had a problem with IE6 not opening 2nd window but that has been cured by registering dlls.
I feel something similar is needed here.
Any clues??
Thanks
