interface error restart outlook

In outlook 2000 there is prob in some terminal outlook 2000 gives message "Interface error restart outlook " at the time of send message , even am not able to save my message . Please help me ..
we have Exchange 2000 as a mail Server .
I had update with office Service pack also !
