I'm creating a "bookmark"-type application in php and I Think now is a good time to get some feedback on the interface design and functionality, ease of use etc.

ok, crazy characters are breaking the javascript as someone demonstrated.
Is this a hole which must be fixed?
This is intended to be a 1-user application, is it likely the user will enter characters such as that?
Or should I remove the javascript tool tip, is it unnecessary flash?
