I can't place my finger on this one and need some assistance. It seems that users in my Power Users group can not access anything anymore. For instance, if they attempt to access an Excel file, they get access to read-only file is denied.

If I move them to the Administrators group...all is well.

Any thoughts on this one out here?

Thanks greatly!

Where are the files that are denied access actually stored? What operating system is it, XP, Vista, or a Server?

When did this begin happening, could it be related to the recent Excel updates?

As well as checking the Shared Folder group access permissions for any folder, have you checked the actual NFS group access permissions via the Security Tab?
