I have a BC10 an when I try to make a

but the extension is not busy, see this:

If busy in susip, try to restart klp1t1 in lim1 (during restart phase, all dts will drop calls for 15 seconds)

I did the RFPUI:LIM=1,UNIT=klp1t1; and the problem is the same.
the SPEXI show the extension lake FREE

does the extn have any mdns on it if so if any of these are busy that will give extn busy when trying to move its equ

can you see? it is not the problem, other suggestion.

try restarting klp1o in low traffic as this will cut all digi calls in progres the o is the letter o not zero

I dont think you need to restart the whole lim., thats a bit drastic !

sounds like theres corruption

try this,

1> diss of all lines, and stick a digi phone on there, is there DT does it work ??, retsart card and prog unit again

2> sfcei switch

3> block card/unjack card refit restart un block card

what does the blfdp say ? is it in line lock ?

otherwise I'd say pass to someone who can deal with programm corruptin, if critical, restart lim o o hours

vjimenezteanas, ok, so you resatrted the lim after all that and still no joy,,, hmmm,

probably sounds like one of the program units has corruption, restarting the lim will in this case not solve it, hence why I asked shaun if he knew the pointers.

you could try, re-loading that program unit ie klp10, but not done it before so some serious tech boyz need to advise,

I'd also think a rfexi wont do anything,

If still this problem occurs you should send BLLTI and RFLII commands to system respectively. Sending this commands will solve this problem.

before doing this,you should change the telephone category with KSCAC command .after this you can the others. If this is not successful you can try other method which I sent you before

As you can read he SOLVED his problem by restarting the lim.
Anyway best solution is to restart DERS1 / DER in this case
works everytime like a charm
