interesting problem

Hi everyone,

I have a very interesting problem that started all of a sudden. Recently I have been having certain users not be able to email external people. THe weird part is, is that they can't but I can... I have looked through my logs and this is what I found:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeTransport
Event Category: SMTP Protocol
Event ID: 7004
Date: 3/24/2006
Time: 5:38:48 PM
User: N/A
Computer: GSSMAIL
Description:
This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection #340. The remote host "66.39.113.116", responded to the SMTP command "rcpt" with "554 <plevine@jbfcs.org>: Relay access denied ". The full command sent was "RCPT TO:<plevine@jbfcs.org> ". This will probably cause the connection to fail.

Has anyone ever seen this before?
Here is another one I am getting:

I rebooted both servers and they are still there.....

In the SMTP connector do you have anonymous authentication allowed?
