Interdigit timer when dialing to quick

Does anyone know if the interdigit timer can be changed in the DR5 software. If my customer doesn't dial in a certain amount of time his set clears and he has to start again. I told him to remember the number before he dials but he thinks the timer is to fast. Any suggestions??

CAN'T REMEMBER IF IT'S IN DR5 BUT LOOK FOR DIAL TIMEOUT, IN REL 5 AND 6 ITS SET TO 4
