I've been having problems with my outgoing dtmf calls (rout type cot using loop start universal trunks).
The local carrier company says that my interdigit time is not 80 ms.
Where do I find that timer (I found one IDD in the FTC table, but that says 640)
Is 80 ms the value that everybody has to use?

BEFORE GOING TO FAR I WOULD CHANGE THE DDL IN THE RDB TIMERS THE DEFAULT IS 70, JUST KEEP UPPING IT AND SEE IF YOUR CALLS START GOING THROUGH.
THIS IS YOUR DIAL DELAY TIMER, SOMETIMES YOU WILL NOT GET DIALTONE RIGHT OFF WITH LOOP START, GROUND START WON'T START SENDING UNTIL THE CO TELLS IT TO.
