Interdev wizard reboots machine on step 1 in XP PRO

Has anyone encountered a problem with Interdev 6.0 sp5 on XP PRO 2002 sp1 (IIS 5.1) where going through the wizard creating a project and entering the server to use it reboots the machine as it starts trying to connect?
