Interdev and Visual Studio .Net 1

I am thinking about buying the latest version of Interdev. I checked the Microsoft Web site and it says that Interdev has been integrated into Visual Studio .Net.

So, do I have to buy Visual Studio .Net? Is there an Interdev .Net available?

I do not believe that they package it like that.

The cheapest entrypoint is a Language specific version of .Net (VB.Net Standard, C-hash.Not Standard).

Then there are the more expensive multi-langage packages

.Net Enterprise
.Net Architect

Note. There really is a huge leap from tinny old Visual Studio 6 to VS.Net. Everything is slightly or very different (but improved). Time to ask your boss for some training budget!

if you look at this site for vb.net standard

It lists web forms(which is aspx / asp.net) so it should
work.

I have not tried it as I am running visual studio.net.
