Hello Folks,
I have successfully integrated a Panasonic KX-TDA100D to a Cisco Router via a PRI/E1 card. Challenge is Cisco users can reach any extension of choice on the Panasonic PABX but users on the cannot do likewise.
Any support would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
Harogie

On the Panasonic i think users need to press a "9" first then extension number.
Also on the Panasonic you need to setup ARS with leading numbers that match the number of digits (Numbering plan) on the cisco PABX. I have done the same between Panasonic KX-TDA200 and FreePBX (Integrated via PRI)

Thanks Omonat,
I have used the 8+TG number (e.g. 830), used TIE line access prefix (i.e. 7), leading digits in the TIE table (i.e. 2 and 3) but still hasn't worked. Not sure if the Cisco engineer has some more configurations to do or tidy up or am the one missing out on something..... I did run some traces and see the reports below:

I will appreciate any help please especially from those who may have done this kind of configuration before.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi folks,
Thought I should just mention here that, fortunately for me, the issue was eventually resolved (just in case someone finds himself/herself in the situation I also found myself). See settings belo:
Configuration => Slot => PRI Card => Port Property => Main => Port Type: QSIG-Slave
Configuration => Slot => PRI Card => Port Property => Co Setting => ISDN Outgoing Call Type: En-Bloc
Best regards
