Peux tu me confirmer la config suivante ?

Hi,

I ve a question would need to be set up, but unfortunnatly I haven't possibility...

I have a user #1000 wich has interconnect #2

When dialing 9, it goes to a route list including two routes (route 1 and 2)

Trunk group associated to route 1 has interconnect # set to 11 (analog trunk)
Trunk group associated to route 2 has interconnect # set to 12 (BRI trunk)

Interconnect restriction is programmed so intercpnnect group 2 forbid access to interconnect group 11

What happens is user 1000 dials 0 ?

Will it be routed to route 12 ?

I know I could also use COR if this doesn't work

Regards

Now, it's about French users too !!!

Pardon Moi?

Je ne parle francais pas.

Dial 0? did you mean dial 9?

If 9, should go route 12

If zero, need more info on zero.

Hey kwbMitel !

You're right, to call outside 0 is used by the French instead of 9 in others country...and I wanted to mean "What happens is user 1000 dials 9" ? of course....

What seems interesting is that like COR's, route ARS thru list follows all the route !
