ACS R6.0. Pastor at a church wants all external calls to go to his Google Mail account, so that it rings his cell phone, home phone, email, etc. I created a Call Forward button forwarded to a Google number, which he keeps on at all times, even when he is at his desk. Please don't ask me why. The problem is, internal church users cannot intercom to him, it goes to his Google account. Any way to get around the internal users not being able to intercom him.

You could try putting his extension into a calling group, and paging that group, but I think that it will not receive pages when forwarded.

Other than that, he would need a 2nd phone on his desk, with a different extension number.

Thank you TTT, I was leaning towards the second telephone at his desk with a different extension number.

Thought about this: If you have a spare extension, and a spare CO port, loop them together. Remove all line appearances from the spare extension, then assign the CO to the Pastor's phone. Give it a unique ring pattern, and take it out of his Auto Line Select.

That becomes his "in-house" extension number, which will ring on his set even when his extension is forwarded.
