Intercom ringing problem with R7

Hello,

Im having a very long ongoing problem with a R7 partner. I have a calling group(ext 10-17) that is ringing on the intercom. When you go to answer it, it will not stop ringing no matter what you do. The display is blank and the only way to make it stop is to reset the system. I have the newest patch in the system and have replaced the processor and cards. This has been happening once or twice a week for the last 3 months or so. I was told the only other thing to do is wipe the system clean and redo all programming. Anyone ever had this problem before? I would remove everyone from that group and start over with a different calling group. Maybe there is a problem with your system that wiping will fix but maybe it is just with that calling group.
