I have a user who use to be able to dial the out intercom number and page someone, but now she gets a fast busy. Is there s CLS to provide a restriction any help on this would be appreciated.
No it is not about the intercom number being deleted as when you try to dial the intercom number on the phone I am having issues with I get a fast bust right away. But on other phones it works just fine what else could it be any help would be appreciated?
Make sure that two phone are in the same intercom group and if possible just post the tnb from both phones so we can tell you exactly what’s wrong instead of guessing.
Actually I have found the problem which I over looked from the start when I compared the 2 TNB setups. The one which could not dial the number for the paging system had a different TGAR than the rest. Thanks for all your help I am sure I will need it more in the furure.
