Intercom Lines All Busy on 3 Attendant Phones

First off I'm not technically savy with this forum so most of what I read is hard to understand. We don't have a terminal to program so everything is done on phone unit.
Have 3 7310 attendant stations that are all showing both intercom lines in use. Is there a way to clear the error or what troubleshooting methods can you direct me for documentation? None of the other stations show up as being busy.

might need to check with the key system forum, your system is a northstar by nortel, different set of rules apply. i would with the same set of problems i would power cycle the key system..
