How do you change the amount of rings for a dial intercom ?

i think you set DRG in the CLS ...settings are 0 to 3..
DRG= distintive ring group
eg...
ld 11
req..chg
type...2616
cust x
tn x x x x
item cls drgx x = 0 1 2 or 3

try that

hi,
to change the no. of rings before a phone forward or disconnects , you need to change the RCO option in the phone properties(Ld10/11). The no. of rings is configured in ld 17. Prompts are
CFNA yes
CFN0 4
CFN1 3
CFN2 5

Whateever is configured in your CDB. You can print CDB in LD22.
