INTERCOM CALL USING SYS ACC VOICE 1

HELLO

I have a question im trying to use my sys acc voice btn to make an intercom call to another phone both phones are digital 4424 D what happens is that when i make the intercom call to the other station using my sys acc voice btn the phone im calling can hear me handsfree however i cannot hear them unless they pick up the receiver.
could you please help

Add a "HRAI" button to the extension being called, and turn it on BEFORE it received any calls from someone else using a SA-Voice button.

Yup, turn it on, and leave it on.
