We have mostly T16e's, but some i2004 phones.
Occasionally on the i2004 the intercom key goes off hook and stays that way when another phone on the system takes a call. I have seen the result, but cannot repeat the problem. It happens randomly.
There are no lines, hunt groups, or answer DN's assigned to the i004 in question.
Another phone on the system answers a call and this phones intercom goes off hook and stays that way even when the other phone hangs up. Eventually both intercom keys will hang and the phone must be rebooted.
Has anyone heard of this before?
