Intercom *70 and Intercom 70

I am going out on site tomorrow to verify this, but the client is claiming when they dial Intercom *70 OR Intercom 70 it comes through the speaker of all phones and the loudspeaker paging. I made sure by having her put me on hold and dial Intercom 70. They claim it still comes through all phones. Anyone ever hear of this?

It's an R6.0 and as stated before I am going on site tomorrow to verify this myself. Just wanted to see if anyone has ever seen this before.

Went on-site, pressed Intercom *70, it paged through the speakers and the phones. Pressed Intercom 70 and it only paged through the speakers as it should (not through the phones). User error!
