Where do I change who get the internal 0 calls? I need to change when someone hits "Intercom 0"

If its just an intercom 0 this is changed under Direct dial.

If its the auto attendant is is under operator setting select the attendant DN, then also under the table select the attendant DN.

That is set on an extension-by-extension basis. First create the table under direct dial in system-wide settings with the extensions you want to be "operators". Then on each set under capabilities, just tell it which table entry to use. If you want to change it system-wide, just change the extension under entry 1 of the direct dial system settings.
