Hello colleagues,
I have a scenario here.It's a TDA200BX.
My client wants CO Lines (LCOT16 Card) No 13,14,15 to ring on the following Extensions respectively 124,140 and 126.

All works fine.
The client also wants CO call to 124 to be transferred to either Ext140 or Ext126

CO call to 126 to be transfered to either 140 or 124 if not answered

and CO call to 140 to Ext124 or 126 if not answered.

I have set my Intercept No Answer Time to 20Seconds.

Here is my configuration

CO call > 124 > If not answered > 126 > If not answered > 140 > If not answered > 124.

However, for all CO Line calls the call is only transferd to the second Extension and never transfered to the third.Where have i gone wrong?

See file attached.

Intercept won't work for 3 jumps unless 3 one is voicemail

Setup a icd group set to priority hunting with ext no answer to 20 sec

Put extensions in order you want to ring. Point Ddi or dil line to that group

Other than that set up groups and set intercept of extensions to groups

Thanks OBT,i will setup that on monday. Thanks
