DOES ANYONE KNOW THE WIRING CONNECTION FOR 4 TRUNK PORTS OFF AN OPTION 11C TO ONE CHANNEL OFF THE INTERALIA? WE CURRENTLY HAVE ONE TRUNK CONNECTED TO ONE PORT AND WE WERE TOLD BY INTERALIA THAT WE COULD CROSS CONNECT UP TO 4 TRUNKS TO ONE PORT BUT THE MANUAL DOES NOT SHOW HOW TO STRAP 4 TRUNKS. ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

no matter what INTERALIA claims that is going to cause problems.. one call goes to recording (ran) so all four trunks go busy? then where is the supervision... look at your lic for braodcast.. that gives your the option of having x number of caller hear the same recording on one channel..

prior to rls 16 we used each channel as a member of a trunk group.. when broadcast became an option we used those.. look at the conn pr
Code:
DES RAN
TN 056 1 05 06
TYPE RAN
CUST 0
XTRK EXUT
TIMP 600
BIMP 600
AUTO_BIMP NO
RTMB 85 1
[b]CONN 4[/b]
DATE NO DATE

for this ran route instead of needing 4 members we use 4 connections to a single source
