Interalia Recording Not Playing for External Calls

Just an update.....I finally figured out after many a post that I didn't have the correct route assigned to an ICI key.

If I would have printed out a complete LTM like jaxuser asked me to I may have seen the error much sooner.

We have always used the loop key to answer all calls, but not I see that I could choose the order in which I answer calls using these ICI keys.
