Interalia MMU2-6 Recording

I know this is old school stuff. I hooked up 2 port Interalia's with a CS1K forever. Very easy to record the channels. I have a 6 port and I can't find away to actually record the channels. The doc is the same for all the types of Interalias. But when I hit the FUNC key to the MSG I want, the record option never comes up. This one has a 1 STBY MSG and 3 EMGR MSG and then the Messages start at 4. I can record the STBY and EMGER messages but not regular MSG's. Plus my channels show all I's which means I have nothing recorded on them.

Any thoughts?
