I am looking for a device wich can be connected to an internal ISDN line of a Panasonic PBX and gives an outside line to "dial through"
In other words: a client calls to the PBX and after verifying by CLI, his call wil be automaticly picked up and the client gets an dial tone to dial an external extension.

This feature is called DISA (Direct Inward System Access), and requires a DISA card (KX-TD191) to be installed in the phone system. Normally, loop start lines are used with this feature, but you are asking for information on ISDN which is either BRI or PRI lines. I don't know of any device which will provide BRI or PRI circuits, besides of course that which wold be provided by the Central Office.
