We are considering installing Avaya Interaction Center 5.6 in one of our contact centers to facilitate screen pop and eventually manage inbound emails. I would be interested in hearing any unbiased opinions of the product - ease of use and configuration, flexibility and functionality of the softphone etc.

For the screenpop that isn't to difficult.

The email part is very stable as long as you know what you want and someone explaines in detail all possibilities.

Ease of use and configuration - that is interesting cause offcourse different people have different opinions.

flexibility and functionality of the softphone - from history the IC stuff is well integrated in the Definity CTI cause of the Nabnasset back ground.

All in all try to get good info from your supplier.
The company I work for has done some succesfull projects in
Europe (hence my handle)...

All in all [thumbsup2] I would rate it good, copared to other soutions out there but try to get references from your supplier Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
