Inter-tel Axxess AA Recording converter application / Rhetorix Converter Download

I have a customer with an Inter-tel Axxess VPU wanting to save a bunch of voicemails and rhetorix AA recordings, but there are in the rhetorix codec. I used to have the converter, but can't find it anymore. Anyone have the rhetorix converter application by chance still? I'm unable to locate it on the Mitel download site now after the Shoretel buy out.

You may be able to convert them using Audacity or Goldwave windows audio editor programs.

What is the file format for Rhetorex? .VOX?

The file extensions are .r24 and r.32.

Might want to give Audacity a try. I know you can pull in a .vox file with it, I've never tried with those formats but it's a free program so it's worth a shot.
