We are installing simple IP office systems for the client for a while now.
They grew to 10 offices and now they want to create dedicated call center with all calls going there and they want to be able to forward/intercom to remote offices.
What would be the route to accomplish that?
All offices have IP500v2 and were upgraded to v8 Essential Edition

You need to have a SCN build for all the IPO's
You need to have all calls come in to one IPO and then the agents need to transfer the calls to the right people in the other offices.

Seting up a SCN can be tricky and needs some experience.
You also need good connections between those offices with QOS on them.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Still looking for for help in the inter-office communication - basic level at this point - just to have ability to intercom or transwer call to the remote office from call center. Are SIP trunks way to go? Or is there alternate solution? Anybody interested in helping wit the project? NY/NJ
