I am the administrator for an access database at our production facility and have developed a complex excel add-in to act as the user interface (I really don't like Access forms VBA!). I want to test how the program will handle corrupted fields in the backend data and possibly develop a tool to repair it. I have only seen a corrupted field once, long long ago, but I had not thought about preserving it for testing before I deleted it. Now I want to reproduce it but cannot figure out how. Can someone tell me how I could introduce corrupted data into a dummy database that I can use for testing and development?

Thanks!

If it's not broken, it doesn't have enough parts yet.
