Intenational calls problems (011)

Hi,
Can some one help me with outging internatinal calls. I have an option 11c system and users are not able to make calls with area code 011(international. I have checked the LD 90 in the system.It is:
SPN 011
FLEN 0
INPL NO
RLI 11
SDRR NONE
I have tested more than one destination #s like 011526622XXXXXX using a private line. The calls wre able to go through. I have called also SBC to check my phone lines since they are coming through a BRI T1. This Problem happened just today and I am not sure if it is from SBC or my system.
What steps shoud I take to rule out that it is not from my side?

then go to 21 and ltm the route, are those the trunks you are trying to use... if you get a busy after 9,011 then it's your problem.. if you get busy after the last digit it's your carrier...

The problem found to be from my local carrier side and they are working on it. However can you help me how can I track a call during call proccessing. I want to do this to see which channels are being used for the international calls.

The channels will vary throughout the loop that your pointing your outgoing on.
