User has a Zire 31 and is running Ver 4.1.4 of Intellisync. She claims that it was working and just all of a sudden stopped working. The Sync fails during the Date Book updates and she has not installed anything new. There is no way out of the error message since you cannot bypass this error without the intellisync crashing.
