getting the following message when intellisync is accessed on a xp machine with outlook 2003:
desktopmgr.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.
tried resetting the blackberry to factory settings, removed the blackberry software and registry keys that remained, then reinstalled latest version 3.62. Same problem. When you plug it into the cradle it connects to the desktop and updates date/time, but cannot access intellisync.
