I have XP Pro on my home system which has an Intellimouse Explorer hooked up. I notice sometimes that the side buttons, that I have mapped as page up and page down sometimes lose their functionnality. Also, any buttons I click will occasionally stick. for example, if I click the scroll arrow in a document it will scroll all the way down.

I updated the mouse drivers for XP, no change. I plugged it into the PS/2 port, no change.

This only happens with XP. I also have a HD with linux and one with Win98SE and neither of those have any problems with the mouse buttons.

Thanks in advance...

Hmm, I have two users on this machine and I have used the fast switching feature but it still happens when the machine is booted and only I use the machine for a while. thanks for the reply. Hope they fix this soon...
