Intelligent Message Filtering

Recently I install (IMF) on my EXCH 2K3 SP1 server and for the most part it works great but I have an important user that doesn't want any email going to his "Junk E-mail" folder. I tried setting it to "No Automatic Filtering" on his local pc but some still go to the folder.

Can this be removed on an individual basis? Should I try deleting the folder?

Unfortunatly you can't delete the "Junk Email" folder. To view the options, open Tools, Options, Junk Email settings inside outlook. Set it to "No Filtering" but some filtering will still occur from the server side since you're using IMF. Hope this helps!
