Intelligent Message Filtering, not so intelligent

Good afternoon-I am having an issue with exchange 03 IMF. I have IMF turned off as we use mail marshal for spam filtering. However some messages are going to the junk mail folder anyway. Has anyone had this same issue? Is there another place I need to turn it off? this is only happening to a couple users, also have checked to make sure they don't have rules set to move the message. The only messages these are happening with are scans from the Konica BizHub multifunction copier. Thanks in advance.

They might have those addresses in their blocked senders list. That would certainly push the emails to the junk mail folder.
