Currently we have a SonicWall 2040 Pro for port blocking and Microsoft ISA 2006 for our proxy server, Internet Usage Reports, Internet access rules and VPN for a busy network of about 150 users and hosts.

I would like to replace this setup with a SonicWall NSA 3500 which can do what ISA does plus more. I especially like the bandwidth control to reduce Youtube/Facebook etc bandwidth!

I just do not see the point in having a proxy server in our environment and do not like having so many network functions running on Windows Server. Can I get your opinions? Thanks.
