I am running a BCM450 with Avaya IP Phones.
My question is in Intelligent CLID/DNIS Routing, i want to prioritise certian phone numbers, so if the number is in a queue, then it is made the next call to be answered.
Now, i have changed the call priorities based on how i want them, but what about other numbers that are not on my list? is there a default (Below the priority of the numbers i have assigned) that they will go to? . Which is how i want it.
Do i have to change the priority of the 'Target Line' where the calls are pointed to? That was suggested to me, but, if i do that, then surley the numbers i have assigned will change to the priority of the Target line, as they will be routed to the line anyway ?
