Intelli Queue hangs afer 8 minutes

Hi all,

I have CCM server that control my YA consoles, for some reason after a user is put in a queue the longest time that the queue hold is 8 min and then hangs up on the display say put of service. I check on the 3300 on the COS and I increase the time to 600 (maximun for call on hold) I dont have a clue where else I can check and increase the total of minutes for a call on hold for the intelliqueue.'

any help will be apreciate.
