I have a Compaq X1000 laptop and the built in wireless connection disconnects/ slows down all the time. All the settings should be ok, but the connection is very poorly. Signal is very good. Sometimes it works fast like it should, but usually it slows down or disconnects all the time. Any known problems with Centrino chipset and wireless networks? Windows XP Home Sp1, latest Intel drivers.
