Hi

We have installed Access Essentials on a machine.

Whilst installing it we recieved the message that the console screen must be minimum 800x600, as the machine is a Terminal Server we have a cheep monitor plugged in for emergenceies but have not installed video drivers.

Regardless so that we could lift the resolution we proceeded to install the video drivers and installed Access Essentials, now every time a user logs in the Intel Video Tray Application crashes and another related application.

What is our best method of stopping this program loading for any user? We have disabled it on the console for the admin but it continues with the users. There is nothing in startup and no obvious services.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks
B

bernie321,
You can remove it from the "Run" registry key.
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

Find the video app that is loading there and delete it.
This will prevent the app from loading in the sys tray.

That should do it.
Hope that helps.

Thanks enigma99 that's perfect!

Thanks again
