Intel Ultra ATA drivers for Windows 2000 1

I need to find the following files to put on a floppy and hence to F6,repair a W2K image that was created on a different machine.
Does anyone know where I can find them,they are included as part
of the Intel files but you need a machine with a Ultra ATA controller to extract them...
Textsetup.oem, Intelata2000.cat, IATA2000.dll, IDEBd.sys, INTELATA.inf, INTELATA.sys.
