Intel Server Board error 0044, DMA Controller error

Hi, I have this Intel SE7320SP2 Server motherboard with Dual Xeon Processors. It worked fine untill today when it just started giving the following error at boot up:

"System Halted, Error 0044, DMA controller error"

This happens the first thing when it boots up. Doesn't even allow to go into BIOS. Looking forward to getting a solution soon, take care!
