Intel remote management module virtual desktop

I have installed on a server Intel's remote management module hardware. I am able to gain access to the server remotely. Where I have a problem is attempting to use the virtual desktop. I can not access the virtual desktop. I have a couple of inbound ports forwarded on the router. Am I also to have some outbound ports forwarded as well?

Also would like to add:
Once I'm into the server remote management module, I select "Intel RMM Virual Server Control" Java gives a message checking for updates then errors out on "unable to launch virtual server control
